Here is what I've got in one shopping center in Croatia..
For buying any Kinder product in minimum value 20 kunas (about 2,65€) you get as a gift Kinder bag. This was also with Ferrero products, for a value of 30 kunas (about 3,93€) and a gift is Ferrero bag.
